How clear and direct communication can strengthen the intimacy with others and yourself and how to express sand respect the boundaries of yourself and of others. This leads to more clarity and direction in life and ultimately to more success whatever you do.

NLP and ritual play

Using the language of the subconscious mind (NLP) and the knowledge of the Polyvagal Theory we will drop in to playfulness as one of the most potent ways to reprogram the brain. What do you want to experience in life? Freedom, trust, safety, peace, unconditional love? It is all within you and NLP as well as ritual play will bring it forth and give you a important imprint that will serve you in every decision you take in your life.

Conscious Touch

This simple massage technique is a mindful exploration of touch that will expand the experience of pleasure in the body. Since pleasure is a interplay between the body and the mind we can learn to let go of the blockages that keeps us from feeling deeper pleasure through this meditative approach to touch.

Energy work

The power of full body orgasms and how to experience a energetic orgasm without penetrative sex or even without touching.

Sacred Sexuality

Why and how we should enhance our orgasmic potential and to enhance your sexual stamina and libido. Sacred Sexuality is a experience of sexuality beyond sex and how sexual practices can be a way to deep meditation.
